Abu Dhabi Sailing Club was founded in 1960. A sub-section of The Club, offers the ideal venue for sailing enthusiasts to enjoy the beautiful waters of the Arabian Gulf.

They are the only sailing club in Abu Dhabi that provides boat to the members using a syndication system. This means that new members can arrive and be sailing with a minimum of delay, and for those wanting to learn how to sail they offer regular training sessions together with a growing youth section.

More experienced members will appreciate the challenging variety of winds and tides with the standard of their regular Friday afternoon racing surprisingly high. The waters around Abu Dhabi are a cruising playground with abundant wildlife, including flying fish, dolphins and cormorants.
